摘 要:海上风电机组运行环境恶劣,早期故障信号微弱可能导致故障迅速恶化、引起修护困难,该文提出以拟序阻抗为故障特征量的海上双馈电机定子绕组匝间短路早期故障的辨识方法。首先构建精确、通用的双馈电机(doubly-fed induction generator,DFIG)定子绕组匝间短路故障模型,推导演绎故障状态下各序分量的表达式;然后计及工程上各种非理想运行工况的影响,得到由于故障引起的拟序阻抗表达式。仿真和实验分析结果表明,拟序阻抗对双馈电机定子绕组匝间短路的早期故障辨识具有高灵敏性与高可靠性,为海上双馈电机故障的精确辨识提供技术支撑。The operating environment of the offshore wind turbines is harsh. The incipient fault signal of the turbines is weak and hard to be detected, which will lead to a rapid deterioration and difficult repairmen. In this paper, a new detection approach based on the Quasi-Sequence Impedance was proposed for early inter-turn faults in stator windings of offshore wind DFIG (Doubly-Fed Induction Generator). The accurate inter-turn fault model of DFIG was established and the sequence component was deduced firstly. Then the quasi- sequence impedance caused by the early fault was obtained where the actual influence of non-ideal conditions is considered. The results from both the simulation and experiment show that the method of quasi-sequence impedance has high sensitivity and reliability for detection of the early inter-turn fault. The proposed method can be a technical support for the precise identification of offshore wind power.
