摘  要:为了减小交流电机驱动系统的开关损耗,需要尽可能降低逆变器的开关频率。预测控制是一种可以有效降低逆变器开关频率的新方法,近年来逐步成为学界的研究热点。基于单边界圆电流谐波限定策略的预测控制虽然可以降低逆变器开关频率,但当电流矢量位于边界圆内部时,该策略不断预测新的电压矢量,并替换原有的电压矢量,这很容易造成开关状态过早切换。因此,提出双边界圆限定策略:设定用于判断电流矢量位置的两个边界圆,当电流矢量处于内边界圆内部时,保持当前的电压矢量不变,从而避免开关状态过早切换,可以进一步降低开关频率。该文以仿真验证了双边界圆策略的可行性,通过实验测试了基于双边界圆限定策略的感应电机闭环调速系统控制性能,并对两种电流谐波限定策略在降低开关频率方面的效果进行了实验对比。实验结果显示,双边界圆限定策略可以实现感应电机的闭环调速,且能够将开关频率控制在0.6~1.6k Hz,比采用单边界圆策略时降低了1k Hz。In order to reduce the switching losses of the AC motor drive system, the inverter switching frequency should be trimmed down. An effective method for this aim is predictive control, which is intensively researched in recent years. Although predictive control based on the singl.e boundary circle current confine strategy could decrease switching frequency effectively, the strategy always tries to anticipate a new voltage vector and to replace the original voltage vector. The inverter is prone to change its switching state, and then the Switching frequency will increase. Hence, a dual boundary circle current confine strategy, in which two circles are set, was proposed in this paper. When the current vector is in the inner boundary, the algorithm doesn't predict a new voltage vector; the inverter will also keep its original switching state, and therefore the switching frequency will decrease. In this paper, the feasibility of the dual boundary strategy was verified by simulations and experiments were conducted to test the dynamic performance of close loop systems. Effects on the decreasing switching frequency for the single boundary strategy and the dual boundary strategy were also compared by experiments. The switching frequency for the dual boundary strategy is about 0.6-1.6kHz, lkHz lower than the single boundary strategy.
