摘 要:介绍改性凹凸棒土对水中阿莫西林和氨苄西林的吸附效果,考察了吸附时间、初始浓度、pH对改性凹凸棒土吸附抗生素的影响。结果表明,阿莫西林和氨苄西林在120min左右吸附达到平衡,在pH值为3的条件下吸附效果最佳。吸附过程符合伪二级动力学方程,Langmuir模型比Freundlich模型和Temkin模型更适合描述2种抗生素在改性凹凸棒土上的吸附行为。改性凹凸棒土对阿莫西林和氨苄西林的吸附过程是吸热过程,提高温度有利于促进吸附的进行。Modified attapulgite was highlighted as a low cost and effective pathway to remove antibiotics ( amoxicillin and ampicilhn) from aqueous solution. Adsorption time, initial concentration of antibotics and pH were evaluated. The results showed that amoxicillin and ampicillin reached equilibrium time in about 120 minutes. Both of amoxicillin and ampicillin could be removed effectively when pH value was 3. The adsorption process of amoxicillin and ampicillin on modified attapulgite was well fitted to pseudo-second kinetics. Langmuir model was superior to Freundlich model and Temkin model in terms of describing the adsorption of amoxicillin and ampicillin on modified attapulgite. It was an endothemic process for modified attapulgite adsorbing amoxicillin and ampicillin. Raising system temperature can promote the adsorption.
