国际图书馆学情报学文摘索引型数据库与中国图书馆学情报学期刊“走出去”

摘　　要：面对"走出去"的时代需求,中国人文社科界应走出以人文社科期刊进入社会科学引文索引(SSCI)、艺术与人文社科引文索引(A&HCI)作为国际化唯一标志的误区。争取进入各学科领域的国际知名文摘索引数据库,也是提高中国人文社会科学在国际学术界"可见度"的重要途径之一,图书馆学情报学也不例外。文章从沿革发展、收录的出版物等方面,对以ProQuest和EBSCO旗下图书馆学情报学数据库为代表的国际主流图书馆学情报学文摘索引数据库进行了系统梳理和分析。调研显示,上述图书馆学情报学文摘索引数据库在我国的知晓度和利用度均不足,其收录大陆图书馆学情报学期刊的数量比台湾少。文章还介绍了ProQuest和EBSCO收录期刊的准则,建议大陆图书馆学情报学期刊积极争取被其收录,从而推动中国图书馆学情报学期刊"走出去"。Facing the demand of ＂going-out＂, Chinese humanities and social sciences should go out of the misunderstanding of considering humanities and social sciences journal indexed by SSCI and AHCI as the only symbol of internationalization. Striving for journals being included in various disciplines in the field of international famous abstracting indexing databases is also one of the most important ways of impro- ving visibility in the international academic circles, and LIS is no exception. The article systematically ana- lyzes ProQuest and EBSCO＇s LIS databases which represented as the international mainstream LIS abstrac- ting ~ indexing databases by the aspects of development history and included publications. Through inves- tigation, both popularity and utilization of ProQuest and EBSCO＇s LIS abstracting indexing databases is not enough in our country, and the number of LIS journals included from China's Mainland is less than it is from Taiwan. The article also introduces ProQuest and EBSCO＇s criteria of index, proposing LIS journals in China's Mainland to actively seek to be indexed, so as to promote the going-out of China＇s LIS Journals.
