摘　　要：随着旅游群体的增加,涉旅群体性事件呈高发态势。涉旅群体性事件作为群体性事件的重要组成部分,在对旅游业和旅游景地形象产生较大负面影响的同时,也扰乱了正常社会工作和生活秩序,对社会的稳定及和谐发展留下了隐患。基于对"7.24张家界涉旅群体性事件"的分析,化解涉旅群体性事件的策略是:加强对旅游市场的有效监督,建立健全相关政策和法规体系,建立诉求表达渠道,建立信息公开机制,建立健全现场处置机制。With the increase of tourist groups, tourism-related mass incidents are at a higher incidence trend. As an important part of mass incidents, tourism-related mass incidents not only have a greater negative impact on tourism and the image of tourist destinations, but also disturb the normal social work and life order, which remains the hidden troubles for social stability and harmonious development. Based on the analysis of the tourism-related mass incident happened in Zhangjiajie on July 24, the article proposes several strategies for resolving mass incidents related to tourism： strengthen the effective supervision of the tourism market, establish and improve relevant policies and regulations, form channels of expression and construct an information disclosure mechanism, and build up and enhance the on-site settlement mechanism.
