摘  要:血根碱(SA)和白屈菜红碱(CHE)为苯并菲啶类生物碱,主要存在于博落回等罂粟科植物中,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、促进生长等多种生物学活性。人们对它们在动物体内吸收、分布、代谢、排泄及体外代谢进行了深入研究。大量研究表明,SA和CHE在动物体内和体外主要通过氧化、还原或结合葡萄糖醛酸等方式转化为代谢物。体内消除时间短,以原形或代谢物形式排出体外。文章对近10年来SA和CHE的药物代谢动力学研究进行了综述。Sanguinarine (SA) and chelerythrine (CHE) are benzophenanthridine alkaloids, and mainly exist in Macleaya cordata and other Pa- paveraceae plants. SA and CHE have many biological activities, including anti- tumor, anti -inflammatory, growth- promoting, and so on. Extensive research has been conducted to study the absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and metabolism in vitro of SA and CHE in animal body. Numerous studies show that SA and CHE can be converted into the metabolites in vivo and in vitro mainly through oxidation, re- duction, or in combination with glueuronie acid, etc. SA and CHE can be excreted to the outside of the body in prototype or metabolite due to short elimination time in animal body. This paper reviews the pharmacokinetic studies of SA and CHE in nearly a decade.
