摘 要:在射频识别技术的某些应用场合,实现远距离的数据读写是衡量整个系统优劣的重要指标。针对这一特定要求,设计了一款结构简单并且同时具备高增益宽频带特点的环形标签天线。天线由加载缺口的准方形环和T型阻抗匹配结构组成。通过对它们结构参数的优化设计,分别实现了3d B阻抗带宽(120MHz,840MHz^960MHz)和3d B轴比带宽(93.34MHz,840MHz^933.34MHz)的灵活调节。最终使得这两项指标基本上覆盖了RFID技术在UHF频段所规定的频率范围,并且标签能够在宽频带内保持稳定的增益以及13.4m的最大读写距离。总的说来,简单的天线结构和良好的性能,使之非常适用于有远距离读写需求的射频识别系统。Remote distance reading and writing realization is an important indicator to weighing the whole system' s advantages and disadvantages in some RFID application situation. The article proposes a simple structure tag antenna with high-gain and broadband feature for the specialized demand. It consists of two quasi-square loops with perturbation and a T-model loop used to tune the impedance-matching. The structure parameters are designed and optimized, to achieve flexible control of the 3dB impedance bandwidth ( 120MHz, 840MHz-960MHz) and 3dB axial ratio (93. 34MHz, 840MHz-933.34MHz) respectively. Finally, the two indicators can nearly cover the whole frequen- cy range that RFID technology sets in UHF and the tag can achieve stable gain with 13.4m reading and writing distance in wide bandwidth. As a result, simple antenna structure and outstanding performance make it perfectly suitable for RFID system demanding remote distance reading and writing.
