摘　　要：经过多年的实践摸索和现场组立焊接经验的积累,研发设计了一套用于主梁焊接组立使用的新型专用工装,该专用工装解决了以往主梁生产效率低、尺寸精度质量差、安全性差、劳动强度大的落后生产方式,满足主梁拱度、主梁扭曲值、主梁腹板垂直度、主梁水平旁弯值等工艺要求,为铝电解多功能起重机主梁生产提供了质量保障。After many years of practicing and field assemblage welding experience,a set of new special assembing and welding implement for bridge has researched and develped.The special implement solves the problem of low production efficiency,poor dimensional accuracy quality,poor safety and poor reliablility,meets the process requirements of crane bridge flatness,parallelism between the griders,the straightness of end beams,and the verticality between end beams and the girders,provides quality guarantee for the crane bridge of pot tending machine.
