摘  要:以贵州省铜仁市为研究对象,从致灾因子危险性、孕灾环境敏感性、承灾体易损性等3个方面选取雷电灾害风险评价指标,建立以目标、准则、指标层为结构要素的评价模型。基于GIS平台,网格化评价指标因子生成栅格数据,采用投影寻踪模糊聚类获取各指标权重,计算分析雷电灾害风险,绘制乡镇级雷电灾害风险区划图,实现精细化风险分析评价。Taking Tongren City of Guizhou Province as the research object, the lightning disaster risk assess- ment indexes were selected from three aspects to establish the evaluation model of the structure elements of the tar- get, criterion and index layer, which are the hazard of the disaster causing factors, the environmental sensitivity of the disaster, the vulnerability of the disaster bearing body. And then based on GIS platform, grid evaluation index factor, a raster data was generated by projection pursuit fuzzy clustering to obtain the weight of each index, realize calculation and analysis of lightning disaster risk, township level of thunder and lightning disaster risk zoning map rendering, refined risk analysis and evaluation.
