摘  要:针对塑料花洒柄部的内部抽芯、塑件尾部的螺纹脱模及塑件头部包紧力大导致顶出困难等问题,创新设计了一款多功能手持塑料花洒注塑模具,并对该模具的工作流程和成型工艺进行分析,避免产生熔接痕和缩痕等问题。模具采用电动圆弧侧向抽芯机构和外螺纹侧向抽芯机构;同时模具采用喷管进行冷却,最后由推管推出塑件。该创新模具结构复杂但动作稳定,能够满足实际生产要求。In view of the problems, such as internal core-pulling of the handle of plastic shower nozzle, thread demoulding at the end of plastic part, and strong packaging force at the head of plastic part which leading to difficult ejection, a multifunctional plastic handle shower nozzle injection mould was innovative designed, and the working process and molding process of the mould were analyzed, in order to avoid the defects such as weld mark and sink marks. In this mould, the motor-driven arc side core-pulling mechanism and external thread side core-pulling mechanism were adopted, the cooling nozzle was used for mould cooling, and the plastic part was finally ejected by pushing pipe. The innovatively designed is complex in structure, but reliable in action, and can meet the requirements of production process.
