露天矿电动轮自卸车储能系统大功率变换器的研究

摘　　要：能量变换器是露天矿电动轮自卸车储能系统的核心,现有变换器无法全面满足矿车储能要求。根据矿车实际工况对变换器进行选型设计和参数计算,并设计储能系统控制策略,实现储能系统在矿车加减速过程中直流母线电压大幅变化要求,以及储能电源充放电深度控制要求。Powerformer is the core of energy storage system in open-pit mining motor wheel dump truck. Requirements to energy storage cannot be achieved by existing converter. Type selection design and parameters calculation of converter is proposed according to actual operating conditions of mining electrical wheels truck. Meanwhile, control strategy of energy storage system is proposed. Substantial change demands of DC bus voltage and depth control demands of charge-discharge in energy storage cells can be achieved by this change.
