摘 要:LED照明产品的空间色度和光度分布是衡量其产品质量的一项重要指标,但传统的空间色度测量技术光谱采集耗时长、效率低,因此研究一种快速精确测量LED空间色度和光度分布的技术显得尤为重要。基于对测动一体空间光谱同步扫描技术、智能精确采样间隔判定技术和LED空间颜色分布综合分析技术的研究,构建了一套快速测量LED空间色度和光度的测量系统。实验结果表明,该系统较之传统测量系统,在确保精度的基础上,测量速度有较大提高,有效地提升了空间测量的效率。Spatial chromaticity and photometric distribution of LED products are important parameters to evaluate the product quality. However, conventional measurement techniques usually have drawbacks, such as long acquisition time for spectra and poor measurement accuracy. The aim of this study is to overcome these techniques so as to measure the spatial chromaticity and the photometric distribution quickly and accurately. Spatial synchronous spectrum scanning technology, intelligent accurate sampling technology for interval determination,and comprehensive analysis technique for LED spatial color distribution are used to build a measurement system to measure the spatial chromaticity and the photometric distribution of LED products. The experiment results indicate that this system has higher measuring speed which enhances the measurement efficiency effectively as compared with the conventional measurement systems.
