一次性使用精密过滤袋式输液器在普外科的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨一次性使用精密过滤袋式输液器在临床应用中的效果。方法将2015年8月至2015年10月在四川友谊医院普外科住院并需要静脉治疗的300例患者采用随机单盲法分为试验组和对照组各150例,试验组使用一次性使用精密过滤袋式输液器,对照组使用一次性袋式输液器,比较两组输液器的临床应用效果。结果试验组排气管溢液2例(1.33%)、排气故障次数1例(0.67%)、残留液体量(>0.2 ml)3例(2.00%)、未发生药物化学反应、护士使用满意度为98.67%,患者使用满意度为98.67%;对照组排气管溢液20例(13.33%)、排气故障次数12例(8.00%)、残留液体量(>0.2ml)50例(33.30%)、药液发生药物化学反应6例(4.00%)、护士使用满意度为82.00%,患者使用满意度为88.67%。两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一次性使用精密过滤袋式输液器的实用性、护士及患者满意度均优于一次性袋式输液器,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of single-use filtration infusion set. Methods From August to October 2015,300 patients needing intravenous infusion in department of general surgery of the Sichuan Friendship Hospital were ran- domly divided into study or control group, 150 in each group. Patients in the study group were applied with the single-use precision fil- tration infusion set while patients in control group were applied with traditional infusion set. Clinical materials from the two groups were collected and analyzed. Results There were 2 cases with liquid leakage （ 1.33% ） , one case with exhausting malfunction （0. 67% ） and 3 cases with liquid residual （2%） in the study group. The corresponding rates in the control group were 13.33% ,8% and 33.30% ,respectively. Moreover,there was no drug chemical reaction in the study group. Nurses and patients satisfaction rate were all 98. 67% in the study group. The drug chemical reaction rate was 4%, and nurses and patients satisfaction rates were 82% and 88. 67 %, respectively, in the control group. All differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The single-use filtration infusion device is superior to traditional infusion set in clinical practice.
