摘　　要：2016年8月,韩国金融监督院发布了《提高居民外汇交易便利性方案》(以下简称《方案》),将通过提升网络外币兑换的便利性、扩大外币兑换银行范围、加强对外汇交易法规的普及等服务、对外汇交易违规行为的制裁时效进行规定等方法,提高居民外汇兑换便利性、预防外汇交易违规行为的发生。韩国相关做法对我国居民外汇交易管理具有一定借鉴意义。In August 2016, South Korea＇s Financial Supervision Institute released ＂improve residents＇ foreign exchange transaction convenience plan＂（hereinafter referred to as the ＂plan＂）, will enhance the network＇s convenience, expand foreign exchange foreign exchange bank, strengthen the foreign exchange regulations of the universal service, sanctions for violations of aging in foreign exchange trading rules methods improve residents convenience, prevent foreign exchange trading irregularities.
