摘　　要：2015年9月,尼泊尔颁布了新宪法。但宪法草案的制定过程却异常艰辛,新宪法的颁布也并没有给尼泊尔人们带来稳定和发展,反而导致国内暴力抗议不断,尼泊尔国内的族群矛盾和分歧持续激化。Nepal passed its new Constitution in September 2015. As the product of a very difficult constitutional process,the new Constitution however did not bring about stability and development in Nepal. Protest in violence and heightened inter-ethnic differences further developed. This paper attempted to make a brief analysis in the constitutional process in Nepal.
