乌司他丁治疗颅脑外伤60例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨乌司他丁(UTI)治疗颅脑外伤(TBI)患者的治疗效果及对血清学指标的影响。方法:将120例TBI患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均给予TBI常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用UTI静推。检测两组患者的血清学指标,观察比较其治疗效果。结果:治疗后第7、14天,两组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP、S-100B和NSE水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),观察组下降幅度更大,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组治疗第7、14天GCS评分均显著上升(P<0.05),而观察组上升更明显,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(78.33%与55.00%,P<0.05)。结论:乌司他丁可有效提高TBI患者治疗效果、缓解炎性反应、保护神经功能。Objective ：To investigate the effects of ulinastatin （UTI） for traumatic brain injury （TBI） treatment and effect on serum index . Methods ：120 TBI patients were selected and divided into control group and ob‐servation group .60 cases were in each group .All patients were given TBI routine treatment .On this basis ,the observation group was added with UTI static push .The serological indexes and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared . Results ：The serum levels of TNF‐6 ,S‐100B and CRP in the two groups at 7d and 14d after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈 0 .05） .The change of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈 0 .05） .Compared with before treatment ,the two groups of treatment 14d ,GCS 7d scores were significantly increased （P〈 0 .05） ,while the observation group increased more significantly ,and was different from the control group significantly （P 〈 0 .05 ） .The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （78 .33% vs .55% ,P〈 0 .05） . Conclusion ：Ulinastatin can effectively improve the therapeutic effect in patients with TBI ,alleviate the inflammatory reaction and protect nerve function .
