摘　　要：在自媒体时代,新闻自由权与隐私权的内容都有新的发展,而二者间的冲突也愈加明显。之所以产生权利冲突,既有权利属性的原因,也有法律规定的原因,应确立公共利益原则、区分保护原则、隐私权优先保护原则等原则,同时建立和完善新闻法、民法、刑法等相关的法律规定来平衡二者的关系。In the we-media era,the right of news freedom and that of privacy have new development but with the increasingly obvious conflicts.The reasons for the conflicts involve the attribute of rights and legal provisions,so we should establish the principles concerning public interests,differentiated protection and priority conservation of privacy etc.and meanwhile,make and perfect the provisions of press law,civil law,criminal law and other relevant laws so as to balance their relationship.
