摘　　要：随着全国文化产业的快速发展,文化人才显得尤其稀缺,人才的缺乏严重制约了文化产业的发展。因此,实施"人才兴文"战略,加强文化人才队伍建设势在必行。文章以武汉市为调查对象,在阐述武汉市文化人才现状的基础上,分析了武汉市在文化人才队伍建设中所具备的优势以及存在的问题,围绕构建多层次的人才培养体系、建立统一的人才市场、改善人才发展环境等提出了具体的对策和建议。The shortage of cultural talents arises with the rapid development of the cultural industry in China,which hinders the development of cultural industry. Therefore,it is very urgent to implement the strategy of ' Building prosperous culture through strengthening cultural talents construction'. Undertaking an investigation of cultural talents in Wuhan,this paper summaries the situation of cultural talents and analyzes the strengths and problems in the construction of cultural talents in Wuhan. Furthermore,some countermeasures revolving around how to establish multi-layer cultural talent cultivation system and unified cultural talent market as well as offer favorable conditions for the development of cultural talents are presented.
