补阳还五汤加味内服对脑卒中病人MMP-2、MMP-8的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补阳还五汤加味内服对脑卒中病人基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2、MMP-8的影响。方法分析我院2011年6月—2013年6月收治120例脑卒中病人临床资料,选取我院同期健康体检者100名作为对照组。观察脑卒中病人治疗前后和对照组MMP-2、MMP-8水平;观察脑卒中分型和MMP-2、MMP-8水平相关性情况。结果脑卒中病人治疗前MMP-2、MMP-8水平高于对照组;脑卒中病人治疗后MMP-2、MMP-8水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑卒中分型和MMP-2、MMP-8水平存在正相关性(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤加味内服可明显降低脑卒中病人MMP-2、MMP-8水平,改善病人临床症状。Objective To investigate the influence of Buyang Huanwu decoction（ BHD） on matrix metalloproteinase（ MMP）-2 and MMP-8 in patients with stroke. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with stroke in our hospital from 2011 June to 2013 June were selected. One hundred healthy individuals were as controls. The levels of MMP-2 and MMP-8 were observed. Results The levels of MMP-2,MMP-8 in stroke patients before treatment were higher than control group. The levels of MMP-2,MMP-8 in stroke patients after treatment were higher than before treatment（P〈0.05）. The syndromes differentiation of stroke were positive correlation to MMP-2,MMP-8 levels（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The MMP-2、MMP-8 level of stroke patients by Buyanghuanwu decoction are obviously decreased,the clinical symptoms of patients are improved,which should provide reliable theory basis for prognosis recovery.
