麝香保心丸对PCI术后心绞痛疗效及对超敏C-反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨麝香保心丸对急性心肌梗死病人在行冠脉PCI术后再发心绞痛的疗效及对超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法选择我科48例急性心肌梗死行PCI术后再发心绞痛病人,随机分为麝香保心丸组和对照组。对照组(24例)给予肠溶阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、他汀类药物、硝酸酯类药物、低分子肝素等常规用药;麝香保心丸组(24例)在常规治疗基础上联合服用麝香保心丸。疗程为1月,分别在治疗前及治疗后1周、3周及1月时检测hs-CRP和CRP;在用药前后检测常规项目(血尿便常规、生化等)。观察PCI术后心绞痛的缓解情况及hs-CRP、CRP的变化。结果麝香保心丸组疗效明显优于对照组(91.67%vs 70.83%,P<0.01),治疗后hs-CRP、CRP水平较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸可显著改善PCI术后心绞痛的临床症状,hs-CRP和CRP表达均有下降,联合应用麝香保心丸对于PCI术后心绞痛有明显临床获益。Objective To observe the effect of Shexiang Baoxin pillon（SXBXP）on the effency,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hsCRP）and C-reactive protein（CRP）in patients with angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）.Methods Fortyeight patients with angina pectoris after PCI were randomly divided into two groups：control group（n =24）treated with routine treatment（aspirin,nitrates,calcium antagonists,beta blockers,statins,low molecular weight heparin）,and treatment group（n =24）treated with routine treatment plus SXBXP for 4 weeks.The levels of hs-CRP and CRP were detected before treatment and at 7 d,21 d and 30 d after treatment.Urine routine,blood glucose,liver and kidney function,blood coagulation time and myocardial enzymes were determined before and after medication.The improvement status of angina symptoms,adverse cardiovascular events,adverse drug reactions and hs-CRP level were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.After treatment,hs-CRP level in treatment group was decreased more obviously than that in control group（P〈0.05）.There was no obvious adverse reaction happened in two groups.Conclusion SXBXP can improve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris in patients after PCI,and reduce hs-CRP level.
