摘  要:镍包碳化钛复合粉体是一种集耐磨性、强度与韧性于一体的金属陶瓷复合材料。本文采用高压氢还原的方法制备镍包碳化钛复合粉末,采用王水作为活化剂,对碳化钛粉体进行表面活化。研究了不同活化时间对碳化钛粉体表面活化效果的影响,并以不同活化条件下的碳化钛粉体为原料,制备了镍包碳化钛复合粉体,研究了活化时间对复合粉体包覆率的影响。实验结果表明,王水作为活化剂,当活化时间达到60min时,碳化钛颗粒表面即产生了明显的台阶状活性化学表面,当活化到90min时,还会产生典型的螺旋状活性化学表面;经过活化处理产生的台阶状及螺旋状化学表面,具有催化活性。当采用活化处理60min及以上的碳化钛粉体进行包覆时,碳化钛颗粒表面可以被金属镍完整包覆。Ni cladding TiC is one kind of metal-ceramic composition powder, which includes excellent wear resistance, strength and toughness performance. In this paper, High Pressure H2 Inductive Process was used to prepare Ni cladding TiC powder. Aqua regia was used as activator. The effect of activating time on activating results of TiC powder surface was studied. Under different activation time of TiC powder as raw material, the Ni cladding TiC composite powders was prepared. And the effect of activating process on the cladding rate of Ni-TiC powder was researched. The results showed that when the activating time reached 60 min, many fresh ?ne surfaces like footstep appeared on the surface of TiC particles. After 90 min activating, some heliciform fresh surfaces could also be found. These fresh surfaces were active and catalyzing. The Ni-TiC composition powder with full cladding rate was obtained with TiC after 60min activating.
