摘 要:本文利用硼化物高温自修复性,以超细WC、WB以及Co粉为原料,按一定比例混合,采用喷雾干燥法及等离子表面致密处理工艺制备了WC-WB-Co核壳结构的复合粉末;采用超音速火焰喷涂制备了耐磨抗熔蚀涂层,并对涂层的微观组织,涂层硬度,结合强度,抗熔融侵蚀性能等进行研究,结果表明:该复合粉末可用于超音速火焰喷涂,所制备复合涂层结合强度高,孔隙率低,能有效提升样件抗熔锌铝腐蚀能力。By using self-repair properties of Boride in high temperature, composite powder WC-WB-Co in the form of super?ne WC, WB and Co particles which has core-shell structure was prepared by spray drying and plasma processing technology. A certain proportion of binder was added to guarantee the compactness of the composite powders. Abrasive and anti-oxidation coating was prepared by supersonic ?ame spraying and the microstructure, coating hardness, bonding strength and melting erosion resistance were studied. The results show that cthe composite powder can be suitable for the preparation of supersonic ?ame spraying coatings which has low porosity, high bonding strength that can effectively improve the anti-corrosion ability of molten zinc and aluminum.
