摘 要:基于微控单元,利用电阻应变式传感器、超声波测速、无线传输、液晶显示、直流加减速电机等技术设计了一种新型的测量滑动摩擦力装置.与传统测量滑动摩擦力的实验相比,该装置具有操作便捷、测量精度高、现象直观、外表美观、应用前景广等优点.不仅可以作为教具用于课堂演示,而且可为企业对产品的光滑度测定、材料摩擦系数测量与鉴定等提供借鉴和思路.Based on micro control unit,a new type of sliding friction force measurement device is designed by using techniques of resistance strain sensor, ultrasonic velocity detecting, wireless transmission, L C D screen showing, DC acceleration and deceleration motor, etc. In comparison with the traditional experimental measurement of sliding friction force ,the present device has the advantages of the convenient operation, high measuring accuracy, visual phenomenon, beautiful appearance, wide application prospect, etc. It can not only be used as teaching aid in the classroom demonstration, but also provide the references and thoughts of the smoothness determination of prod-ucts, material friction coefficient measurement,etc. in the enterprise.
