摘　　要：结合某在建工程实例,阐述了长螺旋钻孔压灌混凝土桩的施工方法,并针对施工中常见的混凝土灌注阻滞、桩身偏移、断桩、钢筋笼上浮等质量问题,提出了具体的防控措施,以供类似工程施工参考。Combining with the construction example,this paper elaborated the construction method of long spiral drilling pressure grouting concrete pile,and according to common concrete grouting block,pile offset,broken pile,reinforcement cage floating and other quality problems in construction,put forward specific prevention and control measures,provided construction reference for similar engineering.
