摘　　要：介绍了相变材料的主要性能,结合工业建筑的特点和基本要求,阐述了相变材料在工业建筑围护结构与采暖空调中的应用,并针对相变材料在实际应用中存在的问题,提出了相变材料的研究方向。The paper introduces major properties of PCM. Combining industrial building features and basic demands,it describes the application of PCM in industrial building enclosure structure and HVAC. In light of problems existing actual application of PCM,it puts forward PCM research direction.
