摘 要:针对战斗部的舱罩影响引信延期起爆可靠性的问题,提出了提高引信延期起爆可靠性的传感器弱防护方法。该方法是在引信结构设计时把传感器与电路分级防护,特意不消减应力波对传感器的影响,传感器弱防护使其感知加速度因加速度真值与应力波扰动复合而增大,用于确定延期起点的预设加速度阈值、时间窗、占比等特征更显著,从而提高了引信延期起爆可靠性。仿真及试验结果表明:传感器与电路分级防护后,电路抗冲击性能不变,用于确定延期起点的加速度特征更清晰,实现引信延期起爆可靠性的提高。Warhead detonating fuze canopy affects the starting time accuracy. A starting time to improve the ac-curacy of the sensor fuze weak protection method was put forward. The fuze rating circuit protection structural was designed, and not be deliberately cut on stress wave sensor, which was weak protected because of its per-ceived acceleration acceleration for rigid body with composite stress wave disturbance increases. The starting point for determined the timing of the preset acceleration threshold, time window, accounting and other charac-teristics. The simulation and test results showed that the sensor and circuit protection classification, impact re-sistance constant circuit for determining the starting time of acceleration characteristics realized high accuracy of the fuze explosion point.
