护理风险管理在产科病区护理管理中的效果观察和应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险管理制度在产科病区护理管理中的效果观察和应用体会。方法该院产科病区于2015年度实施护理风险管理制度,并与实施管理前的2014年度的护理效果进行比较,并分析护理体会。结果将风险管理前后两个年度的护理人员综合素质和产科整体护理质量方面的结果进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护理风险管理制度运用到产科病区护理管理中,能显著提高护理人员的综合素质,减少产科护理缺陷,降低产科风险,提高产科整体护理的质量,是一种切实可行的护理管理方法。Objective To study the effect and application experience risk management in the nursing management of ward in the department of obstetrics. Methods The nursing risk management system was implemented in the ward in the department of obstetrics in our hospital in 2015, and compared with that in 2014, and the nursing experience was analyzed. Results The differences in the nursing staff general quality and holistic nursing quality in the department of obstetrics before and after the risk management were obvious with statistical significance P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the nursing management of ward in the department of obstetrics can obviously improve the general quality of nursing staff, reduce the nursing shortcomings in the department of obstetrics, reduce the risk in the department of obstetrics and improve the holistic nursing quality, which is a feasible nursing management method.
