环节管理在预防麻醉医师职业暴露中的运用

摘　　要：目的探讨环节管理在麻醉医师预防职业暴露中的应用,减少麻醉医师发生职业暴露。方法自2014年1月执行精细管理,对2014年前后麻醉医师发生职业暴露情况进行统计分析。结果执行前监测麻醉医师总人数共57人,麻醉医师职业暴露15例,发生率26.3%;执行后监测麻醉医师总人数共64人,职业暴露6例,发生率9.3%,执行后较执行前发生率明显下降(P<0.01)。结论建立职业暴露环节管理,能最大限度地减少职业暴露,保障麻醉医师的职业安全。Objective To study the application of link management in preventing the occupational exposure of anesthetists and reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure of anesthetists. Methods The refined management had been implemented since January 2014, and the occurrence of occupational exposure of anesthetists before and after 2014 was counted and analyzed. Results There were 57 cases of anesthetists before implementation, and the occupational exposure of anesthetists occurred to 15 cases, and the incidence rate was 26.3%, and there were 64 cases of anesthetists after implementation, the occupational exposure occurred to 6 cases and the incidence rate was 9.3%, and the incidence rate after implementation obviously decreased compared with that before implementation, P0.01. Conclusion The establishment of occupational exposure link management can reduce the occupational exposure to a large extent and ensure the occupational safety of anesthetists.
