摘　　要：该院作为江苏省16家首批公立医院综合改革试点县医院之一,积极推进"上下联动、内增活力、外加推力"的医改措施,深化内涵建设,共享优势医疗资源,改革运行机制,不断发挥集团医院服务体系整体效益,医院服务能力进一步增强,医院发展规划进一步优化,病人就医感受得到进一步提升。Our hospital, as one of the first batch of 16 public hospital general reform experimental units in Jiangsu Province, actively promotes the medical reform measures of upper and lower linkage, Inner vitality and external push, deepens the connation construction, shares the medical resource, reforms the operation mechanism and constantly gives play to the whole efficiency of group hospital service system thus further improving the hospital service ability, further optimizing the hospital development plan and further improving the medical treatment feeling of patients.
