摘　　要：门诊是医院服务的窗口,门诊大楼合理的布局,以信息技术为平台开展预约服务,分时段就医,合理安排患者就诊过程,减少等候时间,方便患者就诊,提高门诊服务水平。医院门诊部坚持以病人为中心,将优化人民群众看病就医流程作为加强医疗服务工作的创新点和突破点,积极探索、创新、有计划、有重点地推进各项改善医疗服务的措施,努力做到安排合理、流程顺畅、服务热情,着力提升医疗服务水平。在挂号的问题上,提出新的门诊就医观念,强调信息设备应用,普及移动设备的应用,推广微信、支付宝、银医卡的使用,实施人性化服务,到达一医一患诊室设计,一对一的就诊环境。深化医药联网机制,实现信息化同步传递,引进高新科学技术,完善患者就医优化建设,简化服务环节,降低患者在医院无效流动和等待时间,提高服务质量,极大方便患者看病就医,使患者就医看病更方便、更实惠、更满意,大大提高患者对门诊工作的满意度。同时体现了巡诊护士在门诊工作中应具备的职业素养及专业素质。Outpatient is a window of hospital service, the rational layout of outpatient building, carrying out the appointment service based on the information technology, medical treatment in different periods of time and rationally arranging the treatment course of patients can reduce the waiting time, provide convenience for patients and improve the outpatient service level, the hospital outpatient should insist on the patient-centered, regard the optimization of medical treatment course of people as the innovation point of enhancing the medical service work, actively explore, innovate and promote various measures of improving the medical service and making efforts to improving the medical service level, in terms of registration, the hospital should put forwards the new outpatient medical treatment idea, pay attention to the application of information device, popularize the application of mobile equipment, promote the use of wechat, Alipay and banking medical, implement the humanistic service and promote the one to one treatment environment, and the hospital should deepen the medical networking mechanism, realize the information synchronous transmission, introduce the high technology, improve the medical treatment construction of patients, simplify the service link, reduce the invalid flowing and waiting time of patients in the hospital, improve the service quality, greatly provide convince for patients and make patients more convenient and satisfied and greatly improving the patients＇ satisfactory degree to outpatient work, at the same time, it reflects the occupational quality and professional quality of round nurses in the outpatient work.
