瑶药“肿瘤藤”(星毛冠盖藤)的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的研究瑶药"肿瘤藤"即星毛冠盖藤Pileostegia tomentella藤茎的化学成分。方法用各种色谱方法对星毛冠盖藤藤茎90%甲醇提取物进行分离纯化,结合波谱技术与化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果从星毛冠盖藤藤茎的90%甲醇提取物中分离鉴定了16个化合物,分别鉴定为落干酸(1)、4-O-α-L-阿拉伯呋喃糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡糖苷(4S)-4-羟基-β-紫罗兰酮(2)、间苯二酚(3)、祖师麻乙素(4)、茵芋苷(5)、伞形花内酯(6)、断马钱子苷半缩醛内酯(7)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(8)、裂环马钱素(9)、裂环马钱素二缩醛(10)、当药苷(11)、foliasalacioside B(12)、苄基-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖基-(1″→6′)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(13)、麦芽糖(14)、葡萄糖(15)、胡萝卜苷(16)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到,除了化合物5、6、16外,其余化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Yao medicine Zhongliuteng, the canes of Pileostegia tomentella. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel chromatography repeatedly from the canes of P. tomentella and their structures were identified by spectral analysis and chemical methods. Results Sixteen compounds were isolated from the canes of P. tomentella and their structures were identified as loganic acid（1）, 4-O-α-L-arabinofuranosyl-（1→6）-β-D-glucopyranoside（4S）-4-hydroxyl-β-ionone（2）, resorcinol（3）, daphnin（4）, skimmin（5）, umbelliferone（6）, vogeloside（7）, diethyl phthalate（8）, secologanin（9）, secologanin dimethyl acetal（10）, sweroside（11）, foliasalacioside B（12）, benzyl-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-（1″→6′）-β-D-glucopyranoside（13）, maltose（14）, glucose（15）, and daucosterol（16）. Conclusion All compounds are obtained from the plant for the first time, and all compounds are also obtained from the plants of Pileostegia Hook. f. et Thoms. for the first time except compounds 5, 6 and 16.
