摘 要:采用盆栽试验法研究干旱胁迫对红花鸢尾和花叶蔓长春生长、生理及光合特性的影响,以了解两种植物的耐旱能力及差异。结果表明:干旱胁迫下,红花鸢尾植株的相对生长量大于花叶蔓长春,花叶蔓长春的MDA含量上升、根系活力下降的幅度较大。随干旱胁迫程度增加,红花鸢尾的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性下降,花叶蔓长春的SOD活性和红花鸢尾的过氧化物酶(POD)活性先升后降,花叶蔓长春的POD活性先降后升;两种植物的净光合速率(Pn)、叶绿素含量均先升后降,红花鸢尾能保持更高的光合速率。综合各项指标认为:两种植物均有较强的耐旱能力,红花鸢尾的耐旱能力较花叶蔓长春强。The effects of drought stress on growth, physiological and photosynthetic characteristics oflris milesi and 18nca major var. Variegata grown in pots were studied to understand difference between the two species in respect of drought tolerance ability .The results showed that under drought stress V. major var. Variegata had lower relative growth rate than I. milesi did, with increased content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the leaf and more decreased root activity. With increasing degree of drought stress superoxide enzyme (SOD) activity of/. milesii had a trend to decrease but SOD of V. major var. Variegata and peroxidase enzyme (POD) of/. milesii increased first and then decreased, with reversed tendency for POD of V. major vat. Variegata. Net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and chlorophyll content of both two species increased at the beginning and decreased afterwards, with higher photosynthetic rate for I. milesii. According to the indicators quoted above the two tested species could be considered as plants with more or less strong drought resistance ability, of which I. milesii was higher than that of V. major var. Variegata.
