摘　　要：针对滚动抱轴箱的产品结构特点及质量要求,对抱轴箱合理地进行了铸造工艺设计,并在生产过程中采取了一系列措施来保证产品质量,成功地生产出了合格的铸件。In view of the product structure characteristics and quality requirements of the U-tube, we carry on the casting process design reasonably for the U-tube, and adopt a series of measures to ensure the product quality in the process of production and then succeeded in producing the qualified castings.
