摘 要:试验旨在探索断奶母猪投饲不同水平的葡萄糖,通过短时间内提高血糖浓度调节胰岛素浓度水平,对断奶母猪发情率和断奶后发情间隔的影响。试验选取胎次接近的英系纯种大白猪640头,试验组共410头,按照试验方案,随机分为3个小组:1组、2组、3组,每组5个重复,日投饲葡萄糖量为:200 g、600 g、1 000 g;对照组为第4组,有断奶母猪230头,对照组和试验组饲养和管理条件相同,试验以7日为节点,对试验组和对照组进行分析。结果表明:试验组1组、2组、3组,7日内发情率分别为89.86%、93.6%、93.7%;7日断奶发情间隔分别为5.83、5.06、5.08 d。对照组7日发情率为89.39%、发情间隔为5.89 d。试验组1组和对照组相比发情率和断奶后发情间隔成绩虽有提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);2组、3组与对照组相比发情率、发情间隔差异显著(P<0.05);试验组2组、3组相比发情率、断奶发情间隔两项指标相近,差异不显著(P>0.05)。通过试验证明:断奶母猪产后日粮中适量添加葡萄糖能明显提高母猪发情率,并能有效缩短断奶发情间隔时间;其中试验2组日投饲葡萄糖600 g,在提高母猪繁殖性能的前提下,投入量少,节约饲养成本,值得在规模化养猪生产中推荐使用。The aim of this study was to investigate effects of different doses of glucose in daily feed on estrus rate and estrus interval days of weaning sows by increasing the concentration of blood insulin levels in short time periods. A total of 410 weaning sows were chosen from 640 British Large White sows with the close parity. Then they were randomly divided into 3 experimental groups (group 1, group 2 and group 3) with 5 replicates. Control group including 230 weaning sows as group 4. The sows in groupl, group2 and group3 were fed on diets containing different doses of glucose (200 g, 600 g and 1 000 g) while sows in group 4 were fed on basal diet. The results showed that the estrus rate of group 1, group 2, and group 3 were 89.86%, 93.6%, 93.7%, respectively. Estrus interval were 5.83 d, 5.06 d, 5.08 d, respectively. The estrus rate of control was 89.39% and estrus interval was 5.89 d. The estrus rate of and estrus interval of group 1 was improved compared with that in group 4, but no significant difference (P 〉0.05) was observed between them. The estrus rate and estrus interval days of group 2 and group 3 were significantly improved compared with group 4 (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference between group 2 and group 3 (P 〉0.05). These results revealed that adding appropriate doses of glucose in daily feed could significantly improve estrus rate and shorten estrus interval days of weaning sows. Moreover, the optimal dosage of glucose was 600 g, and it could be worthy recommended in pig production to reduce costs and improve the reproductive performance of weaning sows.
