云南丽江6个蓝莓品种物候期和果实品质研究

摘　　要：研究云南省丽江市6个蓝莓品种,分别是南高丛类型奥尼尔、密斯蒂,半高丛类型北陆和北高丛类型都克、布鲁吉塔、蓝丰的物候期、果实品质及产量。结果表明:6个蓝莓品种适合丽江地区种植,且表现良好。其中物候期最早的为南高丛类型密斯蒂,初花期为3月17日,初果期为5月23日;最晚的为北高丛类型布鲁吉塔,初花期为4月16日,初果期为7月5日;南高丛类型奥尼尔、密斯蒂及北高丛类型蓝丰果实大,品质佳,适宜鲜食,北高丛类型都克、布鲁吉塔果实甜酸,口感较好;半高丛类型北陆产量最高,3年生植株产量可达663.7 kg/hm2。Phenophase, berry quality and yield of six blueberry cultivars （cv. ＇O＇ Neal＇ and ＇Misty＇ of Southern highbush, ＇ Northland＇ of Halfhall hightbush, ＇ Duke＇, ＇ Brigitta＇ and ＇ Bluecrop＇ of Northern highbush） cultivated in Lijiang City of Yunnan Province were studied in this paper. The results showed that the tested six blueberry cultivars were suitable for Lijiang region, and showed good performance on berry quality. ＇Misty＇ was the first flowering cultivar, which early flowering began from March 17, and early fruiting from May 23. ＇Brigitta＇ was the last flower- ing cultivar among the tested cultivars, which early flowering began from April 16, and early fruiting from July 5. ＇ O＇ Neal＇, ＇ Misty＇ and ＇ Bluecrop＇ were the most suitable for fresh berries with big berry size and good berry quali- ty. The berry flavor of ＇ Duke＇ and ＇ Brigitta＇ was in a good sugar / sour ratio and taste better than the other cuhivars in this experiment. ＇Northland＇ has the hizhtest yields, which reached 663.7 kg/ha of 3 years plants.
