摘　　要：开发应用基于尼龙的复合材料制备铁路轨枕扣件,是高速列车快速、安全、稳定行驶的重要保障。文章采用自制相溶剂和相应生产工艺对尼龙复合材料增容,改善各组成分在聚合物基体中的分散性以及界面相溶性,提高尼龙复合材料的综合性能,使其具备高韧性、高流动以及耐热耐老化等特性,开发出轨距块尼龙基复合材料、套管尼龙基复合材料、轨距块尼龙基复合材料3个产品。经推广应用,达到了复杂地形和恶劣气候下高速铁路300 km/h以上的运行要求,并创新应用于重载耐压铁路建设。The development and application of composite based on nylon to produce railroad sleeper fasteners is the important guarantee to make high-speed train run fast, safely and stably. This project increases compatibility of nylon composites with the self-made compatibilizer and the corresponding process which improves dispersion and the interface compatibility of the components in the polymer matrix and enhancing the comprehensive performance of nylon composite materials to equip it with high toughness, high flow, heat resistance and aging resistance and other characteristics. Based on that, we developed 3 nylon composites to produce the gauge block, casing pipe, gauge apron plate. After application of those materials, the requirement of 300 km/h of high speed railway in complex terrain and harsh climate is reached, and we also apply it innovativelyto the construction of heavy load railway.
