摘　　要：巨2优108是中垦锦绣华农武汉科技有限公司、湖北省农业科学院粮食作物研究所、宜昌市农业科学研究院用巨风2A和鄂恢108配组而成的优质高产三系杂交中籼新组合。巨风2A是宜昌市农业科学研究院选育的优质野败型三系不育系,鄂恢108是湖北省农业科学院粮食作物研究所利用分子标记辅助选择技术育成的三系恢复系,含抗褐飞虱基因Bph14和Bph15。该组合在湖北省中稻区试中表现出产量高、品质优、熟期适宜等特点,2015年通过湖北省农作物品种审定委员会审定,审定编号为鄂审稻2015009。介绍了其选育过程、特征特性、栽培及制种技术要点等。Ju-2-You 108 is a new indica middle three-line hybrid rice combination with Jufeng 2A as sterile line and EHui 108 as restorer line,it was bred by Zhongken Jinxiu Huanong Wuhan science and technology Co.,Ltd.,Food Crop Research Institute of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Science and Yichang Academy of Agricultural Science Research. Jufeng 2A is an indica WA-type CMS line developed by Yichang Academy of Agricultural Science Research,and E-Hui 108 is a threeline restorer line with the pyramided BPH resistance gene Bph14 and Bph15 that was developed using MAS technology by Food Crop Research Institute of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Science. Ju-2-You 108 showed high yield, good quality and suitable period of duration in regional test of middle rice in Hubei province from 2013 to 2014,and was authorized by Hubei Crop Variety Examination and Approving Committee in 2015. In this paper,the breeding process,variety characteristics,cultivation technique and seed production technique of Ju-2-You 108 are introduced.
