摘  要:研究不同碳源和氮源对莱氏野村菌[Nomuraea rileyi(Farlow)Samson]培养性状的影响,并筛选出产孢能力最强的培养基。以SMAY为基础培养基,分别更换碳源和氮源,研究培养性状的差异;采用正交试验对碳源和氮源含量进行优化。结果表明,不同碳源对莱氏野村菌有不同的作用,单糖类碳源有利于产孢,多糖类碳源有利于菌落生长,最有利于产孢的碳源是葡萄糖;酵母提取物是最有利于莱氏野村菌产孢的氮源,蛋白胨是最有利于菌落生长的氮源,蚕蛹粉与酵母提取物联合使用对产孢能力有增效作用。最有利于莱氏野村菌产孢的培养基组成为葡萄糖0.4%+酵母提取物1.6%+蚕蛹粉0.4%。The effects of different carbon and nitrogen sources on the cultural characteristics of Nomuraea rileyi were studied,and the best media for the sporulation was screened out. Taking SMAY as basic media, the different cultural characteristics of N. rileyi was compared by replacing different carbon and nitrogen sources, and the best combination of carbon and nitrogen by orthogonal test was screened out. The results showed that different type of carbon source has the different effect on N.rileyi. Monosaccharide is beneficial to the sporulation, while polysaccharide is suitable for the colony growth, and the best carbon source for sporulation is glucose. As nitrogen source, yeast extracts is the best nitrogen to the sporulation, while peptone is good to the colony growth. There is a significant synergism effect when yeast extracts combined with silkworm pupae powder. The best media for the sporulation of N. rileyi is glucose 0.4%+yeast extracts 1.6%+silkworm pupae powder 0.4%.
