摘  要:为了摸清引起湖北某猪场3日龄内仔猪以出血性下痢、死亡率高的疾病病因,经病料涂片镜检、培养基接种、生化试验和血清型鉴定,诊断为C型产气荚膜梭菌感染,该菌厌气肉肝汤培养物上清0.001 m L可引起小鼠全部死亡,具有较强的毒力。For clearing the high mortality disease of Hemorrhagic dysentery in piglets with day 3 at a pig farm in Hubei,the samples were taken to smear test under microscope and medium culture. After biochemical test and serotypes identification,the isolated bacteria were diagnosed Clostridium perfringens type C. The culture fluid of anaerobic broth induced the death of all mice only by 0.001 m L which showed high toxicity. It indicated that the disease in the farm were caused by the infection of Clostridium perfringens type C.
