摘  要:针对便携式超声波流量计的溯源问题,首先给出了便携式超声波流量计的流量测量模型,根据模型推导过程提出了便携式超声波流量计的特征系数与管道内径无关的结论;基于该结论在水流量标准装置的50 mm和100 mm规格管道上进行了流量测量实验,实验流速范围为0.3~3 m/s。结果表明,该文提出的便携式超声波流量计的特征系数与管道规格口径无关的结论是可行的,可以将该结论应用于便携式超声波流量计的溯源。To overcome traceability difficulties of the portable ultrasonic flowmeter,the flow measurement model of the portable ultrasonic flowmeter had been derived and the conclusion that the characteristic coefficient of the portable ultrasonic flowmeter has nothing with the pipe size had been put forward according to the derivation of the flow measurement model. The experimental research on the flow measurement was carried out in the flow calibration fa- cility with 50 mm and 100 mm pipe. The experimental flow velocity was from 0.3-3 m/s. Experimental results show that,the conclusion of the characteristic coefficient has nothing with the pipe size is correct,and the conclusion could be used for the traceability of the portable ultrasonic flowmeter.
