摘　　要：目的:观察红花如意丸对SD雌鼠生育力与早期胚胎发育的影响,评价其对动物生殖的毒性或干扰作用,为临床用药提供参考。方法:SD雌鼠按体重随机分为溶媒对照组(纯化水)、阳性对照组(环磷酰胺80 mg·kg^(-1))、红花如意丸1,5和15 g·kg^(-1)共5组。溶媒对照组和受试物组雌鼠交配前连续灌胃(ig)给药14 d至妊娠D7(GD7),阳性对照组雌鼠于交配前14 d腹腔注射给予环磷酰胺。检测并记录体重、摄食量、生育相关指标、性激素和早期胚胎发育情况。结果:与溶媒对照组比较,15 g·kg^(-1)剂量组动物的体重和宫外增重降低,动情间期延长,平均黄体数、平均着床数和平均活胎数均有降低的趋势。结论:在本实验所确定的条件下,红花如意丸对SD大鼠生育力与早期胚胎发育毒性的最大无毒性反应剂量(no observed adverse effect level,NOAEL)为5 g·kg^(-1),是大鼠等效剂量的10.4倍,临床剂量的62.5倍。Objective： To investigate the effects of safflower Ruyi pills on the fertility and early embryonic development in female SD rats,evaluate its toxicity or interference effect on animal reproductivity,thus provide reference for clinical medication. Methods： SD rats were randomly divided into five groups： solvent control group（distilled water）,positive control group（80 mg·kg^-1 cyclophosphamide）,and the safflower Ruyi pills groups（1,5 and 15 g·kg^-1）. The solvent control group and test drug groups were administered with corresponding substances from premating D14 to GD7. The rats in the positive control group were intraperitoneally injected with cyclophosphamide at a dose of 80 g·kg^-1 on D1. Body weight,food intake,fertility-related indicators,sex hormones,and early embryonic development were detected and recorded. Results： Compared with the control group,the body weight and extrauterine weight gain were significantly decreased,the diestrus was extended,and the average number of corpus luteum,average implantation number and average number of live fetuses had a tendency to reduce in the 15g·kg^-1 Ruyi pills group. Conclusion： Under this experiment condition,safflower Ruyi pills exhibited NOAEL（no observed adverse effect level） on the fertility and early embryonic development female SD rats at the dose of 5g·kg^-1,which is 10. 4 times of equivalent rat doses and 62. 5 times of clinical doses.
