摘  要:将低压转子钢30Cr2Ni4Mo V粗大非平衡组织多次重复高温加热、保温适当时间淬火,分析α相再结晶程度对细化晶粒的影响。结果表明:经910~1000℃单次高温加热、淬火后,其晶粒度达5.5~6级;两次重复高温加热910℃×2 h细化效果较好,晶粒度达8级;三次重复高温加热910℃×2 h,促进了α相发生完全再结晶,实现晶粒均匀化。The non-equilibrium structure of the 30Cr2Ni4MoV lower-pressure rotor steel was multiple reheated at high-temperature and holding for proper time then quenched. The effect of α-phase recrystallization on austenite grain refinement was analyzed. The results show that the grain grade can be 5.5-6.0 after a single heating and quenching at high temperature range from 910 ℃ to 1000 ℃. After two times heated and quenched at 910 ℃ for 2 h, the refineing effect is better and the grain grade can reach 8. And after three times heated and quenched at 910 ℃ for 2 h, the a-phase full recrystallization occurs and grain homogenization is achieved.
