摘 要:纺制了7种具有不同不锈钢纤维含量的棉/不锈钢混纺纱线。对纱线的强度、毛羽、均匀度、导电性等性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明,随着不锈钢纤维含量的增加,除导电性增加外,纱线的强度、毛羽、均匀度等性能均有所下降。当不锈钢纤维含量超过12.4%,尤其是超过15.8%后,纱线电阻减小的程度并不大。所以,继续增加不锈钢纤维的含量反而会造成纱线质量的恶化及生产成本的增加。7 kinds of 24 tex cotton/stainless steel yarns with different stainless steel fiber content are spun successfully, and their yarn strength, hairiness, uniformity and conductive property are tested and analyzed. It is found that with the increase of stainless steel fiber content, electrical conductivity increases, but the other properties of yarn such as yarn strength, hairiness and uniformity decreases. When the stainless steel fiber content is larger than 12.4%, especially more than 15.8%, the decrease rate of resistance is slow. A conclusion can be made that further increase in stainless steel fiber content will deteriorate the yarn quality and increase the production cost.
