摘 要:电磁脉冲会在辐照范围内的导体上感应出电压和电流,充分了解电磁脉冲在地上及地下的传播特性及分布规律是评估电磁脉冲效应的必要基础。以高空核爆电磁脉冲为例,采用IEC-61000-2-9—1996中的波形标准,利用傅里叶变换技术计算分析了地上及地下的电场及磁场的水平及垂直分量。结果表明:反射场使地上电磁场的水平分量幅值变小,而使垂直分量幅值变大;由于大地的影响,地下电磁环境异于地上空间,且大地参数对地下电磁场的影响更大,地下电磁场幅值随大地电导率增大而减小,而随大地相对介电常数增大而增大;地下电磁场幅值远小于地上电磁场幅值,尤其是垂直分量在地下衰减很快。Induced voltage and current will be caused in conductors by irradiation of electromagnetic pulse (EMP). It is significant to fully understand the propagating characteristic of EMP. Taking the high altitude electromagnet- ic pulse(HEMP) as an example, the environment on the ground and underground have been calculated by using the standard waveforms in IEC-61000-2-9--1996. It is can be seen that for the field on the ground, the reflec- tion of the earth reduces the horizontal field, but increases the vertical field. The HEMP environment on the ground is far different from that underground. The earth parameters have a greater effect on field underground than the field on the ground. The magnitudes of field on the ground are much higher than those underground, es- pecially for the vertical fields. The more the earth permittivity is or the smaller the earth conductivity is, the more the field mag-nitudes are. Angles of incident field are the random factors to the EMP environment.
