摘 要:同步关合工作中,环境温度变化会造成开关动作分散性的加大。文中研究环境温度改变时,影响断路器合闸动作特性的主要因素的变化规律及机构合闸特性的变化。拟合实验数据,得到该结构参数下单稳态永磁机构真空断路器合闸时间与影响因素间的经验公式。研究表明:环境温度改变时,断路器运动部件静态受力(包括静态吸合力及阻尼)是影响断路器合闸特性的主要因素;同时,电容等效串联电阻低温下对断路器合闸特性也有着较大影响。经验公式可以很好地表征各变量与合闸时间的关系,对同步关合技术研究有一定帮助。In the synchronous closing operation of the circuit breaker, the change of environment temperature can cause the switching action dispersion increase. In this paper, under environment temperature change, the main fac- tors of circuit breaker closing characteristic are researched, including their changing rules and influence on actuator closing characteristic. By fitting experimental data, the empirical formula between closing time and influence factors are established under the structural parameters of the mono-stable permanent magnetic mechanism vacuum circuit breaker. Research shows that, as the temperature change, the actuator moving parts' static force (including static attractive force and mechanical damp) is the most important factors affecting the circuit breaker closing characteris- tics; at the same time, capacitance series equivalent resistance's change under low temperature also has a great in- fluence on closing characteristics of circuit breaker. The empirical formula can well characterize the relationship be- tween the variables and the closing time, is helpful to the development of synchronous closing technology.
