摘 要:Tesla型脉冲源在小型化设计中存在次级线圈绝缘压力大、形成线受磁心及线圈结构限制等问题,三谐振变压器可以有效解决以上问题,为此笔者研制了1台基于非闭合磁心的三谐振型高压脉冲产生装置。通过对三谐振脉冲变压器无损电路的分析,给出了在高耦合系数条件下采用第1峰进行充电的设计思路及方法。在已有GW级Tesla变压器基础上,研制了1台基于三谐振脉冲变压器的脉冲功率源。实验结果表明:系统最大工作电压约为280 kV,为次级线圈电压的1.6倍,输出脉宽2.7 ns。As the generator based on Tesla transformer is designed in the miniaturization way, the voltage ap- pears across the tuning inductor becomes the weak link of the generator, what's more, the length and struc- ture of the forming line is restricted by the magnetic core and second coil. Triple resonance transformer has the ability to solve these problems. While a new type of high voltage pulse generator based on unclosed mag- netic core is developed. By analyzing the triple resonance pulse transformer's [ossless circuit,the design method upon the first peak is proposed. Based on GW grade Tesla transformer, a pulse power source of the triple resonance pulse transformer is developed. The experimental results indicate that the ratio of peaking out- put voltage to the peak voltage on high winding is 1.6 and the peak output vohage of the transformer is 280 kV,and the duration is 2.7 ns.
