摘 要:直流断路器的研发对于直流多端系统和直流组网的实现具有非常重要的意义。采用限流器先限流再开断的直流断路器具有开断容量大、对电网冲击小的优势。超导限流器具有响应快速的优点,非常适合在先限流后开断的直流断路器中使用。文中在超导限流技术基础上,提出一种用于超导限流式直流断路器的布局结构,该布局结构采用模块化设计及布置方式,解决超导限流装置应用于高电压等级直流断路器时的电气绝缘水平以及产品系列化设计的相关问题,缩短设计时间;同时,采用支撑立柱加斜拉杆的稳定结构方案,经仿真验证具有良好的抗震性能,为高电压等级大容量的超导限流式直流断路器工程化设计建立了理论基础。The development of DC circuit breaker (DCCB) has very important significance to both DC multiter- minal transmission system and the networking of DC transmission system. The DCCB of firstly limiting the current by current limiter and then breaking has advantages of both large breaking capacity and little impact to the grid. Superconducting current limiter has the advantages of rapid response, which is very suitable for DCCB of breaking circuit after current-limiting. On the basis of superconducting current-limiting technology progress, this paper put forward a layout structure design for DCCB based on superconducting current-limiting technology, which adopts the modular design and arrangement to solve the problems of product series design and electrical insulation level when used in high voltage DCCB, in order to shorten the design time. At the same time, the support column and diagonal member are used in stable structure scheme which has been verified by the simulation of good seismic performance, and the layout structure establishes a basis for engineering design of DCCB based on superconduct- ing current-limiting technology in situation of high voltage and high power.
