摘　　要：介绍了一种已在低压电流互感器自动检定系统中成功应用的一次母排自动接线装置。该自动接线装置采用气缸气爪作为动力源,利用多个活动关节调整接线铜片与互感器一次母排的接触姿态,保证两者压接紧密,从而减少接触电阻。实际应用表明该自动接线装置能够很好地解决一次母排接线不良引起的被测互感器整体超差问题。This paper presents a primary terminal automatic connection device which was successfully applied in 0. 4kVmetering current transformers automatic verification system. The automatic connection device adopts cylinders and pneumatic fingers as power sources,uses a plurality of joints to adjust the posture of contact pieces in contact with the transformer primaryterminal, ensure the contact pieces and primary terminal crimping tightly, and reduces the contact resistance. The field applications prove that this automatic connection device is able to solve the current error problem caused by poor contact between contactpieces and primary terminal.
