摘  要:在玻化微珠保温混凝土中掺入煤矸石配制新型的煤矸石保温混凝土。研究不同煤矸石掺量和龄期对混凝土立方体抗压强度与轴心抗压强度的影响。试验表明:随着煤矸石掺量的提高,混凝土抗压强度不断降低;当煤矸石掺量在30%~50%时,煤矸石保温混凝土具有良好的强度性能;煤矸石掺量为70%、100%时,强度大幅度下降。并且通过比较不同掺量下的棱柱体轴心抗压强度和立方体抗压强度,给出了煤矸石保温混凝土立方体抗压强度和棱柱体轴心抗压强度的换算关系。Coal gangue thermal insulation concrete was a new type of thermal insulation material replacing natural aggregates of glazed hollow beads thermal insulation concrete by coal gangue.The test studied cube compressive strength and axial compressive strength of the thermal insulation concrete effected by different gangue dosage and ages.Test results show that the compressive strength decreased with the coal gangue dosage increasing.The strength of coal gangue thermal insulation concrete has good compressive strength when coal gangue dosage changed fi'om 30% to 50%.The strength declined dramatically when coal gangue dosage is 70% and 100%.Conversion relation be- tween cube compressive strength and axial compressive strength of coal ganguc thermal insulation concrete was got by comparing the val- ues of axial compressive strength and cubic compressive strength with different coal gangue dosage.
