摘 要:采用不同含量和级配骨料制备高延性水泥基复合材料(HDCC),并研究其对高延性水泥基复合材料拉伸、抗压、收缩等性能的影响规律。结果表明:砂胶比增加,HDCC试样的极限拉伸应变急剧降低,当砂胶比为0.8时,其极限拉伸应变为2.0%;砂胶比1.2时HDCC试样的极限拉伸强度达到4.2 MPa、抗压强度达到31.6 MPa;随着砂胶比增大,试样干燥收缩值从1 600με降低到1 100με。合适含量和颗粒级配的骨料不仅能降低传统HDCC收缩高和成本高的问题,而且能保持优良的力学性能,为其工程应用提供理论指导。Different content and gradation of aggregate were prepared for the high ductile cementitious composites (HDCC), and then the influence of content and size gradation of aggregate on the compressive, shrinkage, and tensile performances of HDCC were described. The results indicated that the tensile strain decreased dramatically with the increase in ratio of sand to binder (S/B) and the tensile strain reached at 2.0% when the S/B equaled to 0.8.When the S/B was 1.2,the compressive strength and ultimate tensile strength were 4.2 MPa and 31.6 MPa,respectively.The drying shrinkage of the HDCCs decreased from 1 600 με to 1 100 με with the increase in S/B ratio. Adequate aggregate content and gradation not only can help solve the problem of high shrinkage and cost, but also maintain excellent mechanical properties, guiding for its engineered application.
